Deca and Triple Deca ultra-triathlon: a comparison of performance of Deca Iron and Triple Deca Iron ultra-triathletes In the autumn of 2013, a tenfold and a thirty-free Ironman triathlon were carried out in Italian Lonato del Garda. We have compared the performance of the 6 finishers in the DECA with the performance of the 8 finishers in Triple Deca.
For a great astonishment, the finishers in the DECA in the course of the race were always slower while the finishers in the Triple Deca from the beginning to end were always about the same time for the 30 days.
