Senior runners get faster and win ultramarathons We have put together first interesting results of our evaluations in a small summary article.
Based on the current literature, we were able to create an interesting table.Over 100m, the fastest runners are 22 years old, over 3,100 miles, the longest competitive route, are the fastest women by 50 years and the fastest men around 40 years old.
