Male and female Ethiopian and Kenyan runners are the fastest and the youngest in both half and full marathon It is well known the runner from East Africa dominate the largest marathons in the world. Until now, East African elite runners were examined by the marathon route, little is known for East Africans who do not run at the largest marathons in the world and run runs over the half marathon track. We have numbers of over 500,000 runners who run between 1999 and 2014 in half marathons and marathons of Switzerland.
