Hyponatremia among Triathletes in the Ironman European Championship From 2005 to 2013, a German Group examined the prevalence of the stress-assisted hyponatremia at Ironman Triathlon at the Ironman EM. During this period, 932 men and 157 women were investigating what the largest world’s largest group was investigated to Ironman Triathlen.Throughout the collective of 1089 finishers, 115 athletes (10.6%) developed a hyponatremia, including 3 athletes (0.3%) a critical hyponatremia.
