Substance use and misuse in a mountain ultramarathon: new insight into ultrarunners population?$ A French group has studied what ultra-raptures abusing a mountain tramarathon to abuse on drugs. Of 389 runners 76.3% filled out a questionnaire.It showed that 27% of the runners before and 18% of the runners were used in the competition especially painkillers.
