Age and performance at the Swiss Bike Masters

The age-related performance decline in ultraendurance mountain biking The decrease in endurance performance with increasing age was examined for different sports such as swimming, running and triathlon, but not for mountain biking. We have analyzed the numbers of the ‘Swiss Bike Masters’ from 1995 to 2009.Since very few women have ever understood there, only the men could be considered.The drivers were more and faster over the years and age rose over the years.
